Learning Transfer

This year we are increasing our focus on the learning transfer quotient of the conference education sessions. We have:

Prepared speakers in advance to help you transfer your learning from their sessions
Published Application-Focused learning objectives for each session in the Program Guide to help you select relevant sessions
Developed a "Learning Transfer Action Steps" form for you to download and print copies for each session you attend at this link. Be sure that you print copies before traveling to the conference. You will need 12 copies if you attend a session in every time period.
Challenged you to apply your learning and share your results with ASTD for a chance to win a free 2009 conference registration and have your best practice published in a future issue of ASTD Links. More on this after the conference!
